Neil has done initial pass. He has identified around 24,000 files containing the word 'cookie' in group space. He will now do another pass limiting the search to php, html, executable files.

Neil has made a small change to the support form cgi so that it now uses Cosign (where available) to set the username.

This is now complete and will be ready after the next stable release. Stephen will arrange for the 'stick with 6.1' macros to be removed from desktops but Units will need to work out when to remove them for other machines. It was noted that going back to 6.1, although possible, is not easy and would require input from MPU. Alison to pass exam dates to Stephen.
Topics for discussion
We had some initial discussion about RT but felt that it would be better to bring this back when there was a larger audience and after we had seen a demonstration of RT4 which we plan to move to shortly. In the meantime, Alison will check her statement about comments going to cc's.
It is important that Units trawl through Neil's list and identify machines/pages for which they are responsible. It was generally agreed that we can assume that a disclaimer on the cosign weblogin page is sufficient for cosign-protected sites.
