These were accepted.
There's a suspicion that many of the reported SSIDs had been cached for some time. It should be trivial to detect persistent rogue SSIDs. It was agreed that this action had been completed.
Stephen will send out the report with the names of the machines requiring rebooting.

Alastair has spoken to some people but not as yet Ian Stark. Ongoing.

Three machines at the tower have been identified for removal.

This was raised at CCPAG. Other Schools have far less resources than us but IS have excess virtual capacity so this is probably the route we would follow. This action has been completed.

Report from Computing Executive Group
We will have a week focusing on the production of documentation starting on the 11th of February.
Reports from units
It was noted than innovation work had been delayed by the pressing requirements of SL6 work. Now that that was out of the way, a firm deadline of 1st March was suggested for the completion of innovation group work.
Topics for discussion
In view of more pressing matters, it was agreed that there was nothing on the topics for discussion list so pressing that it couldn't be delayed until next year.
It was noted that leading from the last meeting's discussion, there should be an action on all to note examples of when secondary authentication is required.
The next meeting will be on Wednesday 9th January in the far off year of 2013 at 10:00 in IF-4.31.
