Duncan Davidson is not being replaced. Kenny Bell is taking over website management but will need time to get up to speed and considerable support from ourselves. Alison will discuss with Colin Adams.
This has been amended to ask all Units to identify bids for old kit.
Several bids have been received. This action is now considered complete.

All groups have now decided on their project or at least narrowed the choice considerably. Most groups have also identified the days on which they will carry out the work. Due to the intervention of documentation week, it looks like the innovation work will over-run into early March.

Now that RT4 has been deployed, Alison will further revamp the best practice document and bring for discussion.
