Neil noted that wget is not suitable. Creating CSV/spreadsheet of all results and then adding filters seems to be the best option. Thereafter Units will need to acknowledge results that can be ignored using the web interface. Action considered done.

Ian and Alison to work on the scans not allocated to Units. Units should be logging into detonator to review scans allocated to their Unit. (The name of the website has been prefixed with the Unit abbreviation so it's easy to recognise Unit responsibility. If a Unit disagrees with any allocations, contact Ian/Alison.

It was agreed that the stable release, if decided necessary, would be brought forward to 12pm to ensure no clashes with the Wednesday afternoon mock exam.
The December timetable is now confirmed.

See George's email of 11/11. Power in the server room should be provided by the generator. If the switch-over is not successful, the work will be abandoned. However, Units should consider which servers might be at risk during the planned outage.
US will add a cron job to ensure that lab machines are shutdown cleanly shortly before the planned outage.
US will liaise with ISS to ensure there is suitable warning signs in place.
George is the contact should anything go wrong - he has a note of EB/IS contacts.
