Ongoing. Some progress made. Deadline of 1st March for pages which are not dependent on missing documentation (e.g. setting up test environment).
Publications should be added to PURE by end of January.
Change "Who" to Alastair for now.
Tours of the server room are not viable this year due to planned work. If anyone has alternative ideas, email Alison.
Should be set to Conf110 (apart from DICE ones, which should be MAC locked).
Feel free to add to the wiki page.
Toby has asked about this. Doubt there's any chance we'll be allowed to use an intermediate certificate. What might be possible in the summer is some kind of automation in certificate issuing. Direct quote from janet certificate support: " However, around the beginning of next summer the service will change to another CA (to be confirmed soon) and I would be happy to ask if it will be at all possible for some customers to automate any part of the certificate issuance process."

Report from Computing Executive Group
We have permission from College to recruit a full-time replacement for Sheila and an additional CO post to work on Theon related work.
Reports from units
The plan is to implement lifecycle code by the end of January. Can all units ensure that they have notified the Infrastructure Unit of any entitlements they manage which should expire immediately (i.e. 'nograce' entitlements).
Topics for discussion
It was agreed that the ports in all the Forum meeting rooms should be set to Conf110 apart from ports connected to DICE machines. These should be MAC locked.
The next meeting should be on 28th January 2014 at 10:00. There don't appear to be any available rooms so await further announcements.
