Minutes of the meeting held on Wednesday 26th April 2017 in IF-4.31

These were accepted as a reasonable account of the last meeting.

Actions discussed:
- Follow up "functional accounts" with Angus / Abdul
  Report scheduled for CCPAG meeting of 26/4/17
- Arrange for removal of tape library from KB server room
  Tapes wiped, library should be removed w/b 1/5/17
- On-line exams and EdLAN issues: schedule test
  Craig to discuss with Tim.
Actions deferred:
- Look at logging all Apache logs centrally
  Deferred for a month.
- Trawl for pages restricted by IP address rather than via cosign
  Will be done as part of SL7 upgrade, defer two months.
- Add fail2ban to repository services
  Defer two months.
Actions completed:
- Look into time sync problem on VMs
  General agreement that there isn't a problem.

Report from Computing Executive Group
Preliminary date for moving back into level 7 and 8 of AT is first week October. There are still issues with furniture, Neil will email clarification to David Bell and Martin. Alastair will be convening an action group to facilitate the move to the tower.
