For expired and deleted accounts in prometheus, we currently keep a small amount of data (username, full name, last contact details). We would like, and GDPR probably compels us, to completely remove this data. Is there any reason for retention?
We couldn't immediately come up with a good reason for retaining this information but felt that this should be included in the GDPR project. It was also suggested that we contact IS to find out what information they retain (e.g. they won't allow duplicate usernames so how is this achieved).
Gordon pointed out that the next meeting potentially coincides with strike action. The meeting will, however, be scheduled as normal for now.
