• Review nagios use

  It became clear on inspection that nearly all the long term error conditions had something in common. Richard has nobly stepped up to sort out.

• Investigate setting up disc zeroing station

  Mohammed reported that some kit, purchased for this purpose, had arrived.

• IS unchaperoned server room access?

  Take to CEG.

• Review School Data Protection Statement

  Chris thought some kind of consensus had been reached within MPU. He will investigate.

• Discuss AT Furniture

  This needs to be re-invigorated. It was suggested that Ian and Tim might like to take the lead in driving this forward. The question was raised whether there was a deadline for the money being available.

• Arrange for removal of tape library from KB server room.

  Quotes from removers are being sought.

Actions (re-)deferred:

• SLAAC style forward DNS for server wires
• Guest login for G.07 podium machine.

Actions completed:

• Check whether web sites are still using Allow/Deny config directives
• Clear out unwanted machines from racks in IF. AT KB.
