This has now been enable for the JCMB server wire. There had been
a minor problem with apache on
ikiw, which was fixed by
wildcarding a vhost. We'll let it run a little longer before moving on
to either the AT server wire or one of the Forum server wires.
This will be moved to the Windows 10 project as a deliverable. Keep the action here meantime.

Gather your thoughts in advance of the meeting, to make it more useful.
Reports from Units
The "R" UPS has failed. We had turned off B.01 to shed some load, but reckoned we should now turn it back on to see what happens. If the load is still too high we'll turn something else off instead, to spread the pain. The remaining UPS "should" go onto bypass if it thinks the load is too high (and indeed it did just that later). We'll put a snapshot of techs' diagrams somewhere linked from the inf-unit pages. Meantime, there are snapshots here (server room) and here (SMSR).
See the "actions discussed" section above.
The work on 1st February isn't expected to affect the room, but the cooling will be under-strength so keep an eye on your temperatures. The power work on the 8th will require running on generator power for a short while before and after. This was tested recently.
Several folk wondered why the front page asked for a username and password, rather than using the standard EASE authentication. This will be fed back to the developers.
The question of what happens during exam lockdown was raised. Hosts stop reporting during lockdown, and so will be skipped by the tool.
Graham is using this wiki page to get his thoughts in order.
This has actually been happening by stealth, but now that a user has noticed it's to be done "officially".
What happens with functional accounts? How do folk read them? Probably IS need to associate the mailboxes somehow.
rootmail? It's not obvious that O365 is a sensible place for this anyway, even supposing access rights could be sorted out. We should think about alternatives.
Graham offered to give advice regarding alpine settings.
On the day of the move your
myed page should give
status updates. There might turn out to be a few duplicated deliveries
Topics for discussion
Graham reckoned that his wiki page should cover everything here. Comments invited...
Stephen will be discussing roles and entitlements for the labs with Graham separately. There are a few corner cases, such as UG markers (yes really), which will need a little thought.
The next meeting will be on Wednesday 13th February 2019 in IF-4.31 at 10:00.
