- No formal report but George noted that CEG had discussed the issue of power in the server rooms and the decision is not to buy any more power bars at the moment.

    Neil asked whether support had been experiencing a greater number of tickets since WFH. Alison confirmed that there have been periods when there have been quite a high number of tickets in the queue but also times when we have managed to reduce the number to zero. On many occasions it has been taking longer to resolve tickets but things have generally settled down and are not as frantic as they were during the first few weeks of lockdown.
