The minutes for 19th August were approved.
Actions discussed:
- Ensure Wiki page covering access to server rooms during COVID19 crisis is updated
  This is still work in progress as things are still changing.
- Support staff accessing user's own machines to debug problems
  Alison will chase Angus.
