Minutes of the last meeting
The minutes for 2nd September were approved.
Actions (re-)deferred:
- Produce "get started" guide for new O365 users
  Deferred until October
- Trawl for pages restricted by ip address rather than via cosign
  Deferred until October
Actions completed:
- Ensure Wiki page covering access to server rooms during COVID19 crisis is updated
  Although changes may still be made, it was agreed that this action could be removed.
- IPv6 for student labs
  With no exams in labs, this is no longer required.

Report from Computing Executive Group
- Update on building matters
  Communication expected today on opening of Forum and AT
  Access will still be for essential use only. There are no dates for return for non-essential work. There is no timetabled use of 7.02 and 7.03 as yet for semester 1 so there should be no need for students to have access (West to East) through level 7 office space. Screens may be put up on either side of corridor.
  Gordon gave an update from the AT MOBUG meeting. All paperwork has gone through. Water flushing has been done. Level 8 remains closed. Jane has signed off common areas. It will be possible to go against the one-way system on the West stairs for 1 floor only e.g. to access toilets but must avoid changever times. When accessing the building, join the queue. There will be stewards in place for the first 3 weeks.
  Carol noted that the West stairwell was particularly dirty and requires a good clean.
  Neil confirmed that the necessary changes have been made to the Room Booking System.
