A minimum of 3 machines and screens should be held at the Appleton Tower and Forrest Hill sites (both of which have one or more large public labs which can act as a second line pool of machines) and a minimum of 5 machines and screens should be held at Buccleuch Place and JCMB (the balance of spare machines would also be held at JCMB where they will have been delivered).
