Many moons ago the old groups/teams organisational structure was replaced by the "Units" structure. You've probably landed here because you followed an old link to "groups" information/documentation. All that information is well out of date and you should look in the Unit pages instead.
If those Unit pages still contain links back to old groups information, then please complain to the Unit who's link you followed.
